These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at ChrisKrupp.com (the “Site”) and any purchases of products offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Innovative Products LLC (“Innovative Products,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Certain works offered on the Site are original artworks created by the artist Christiane Krupp (“Artist”).

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase products.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase.

You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate your use of the Services (including orders) at our discretion where permitted by law (for example, suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse).

2) Products & Information (Originals, Limited Editions, Prints)

The Site may offer original artworks, limited editions, prints, and related products (collectively, “Products”).

Original artworks are unique pieces; limited editions are produced in restricted quantities; prints may be open or limited editions. Availability, edition sizes, and details are listed on product pages.

Certificate of Authenticity (COA): Original artworks typically ship with a COA signed by or on behalf of the Artist, if stated on the product page.

Color & Display: Due to screen settings, lighting, and material differences, actual colors, textures, and dimensions may vary slightly from images. Measurements are approximate.

Framing & Hardware: Unless otherwise stated, artworks are sold unframed and without mounting hardware. If framing is offered, framing style and materials may vary slightly from images.

We strive to keep information accurate, but errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you submit an order).

3) Orders, Acceptance & Availability

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order for reasons including but not limited to Product availability, errors, or suspected fraud.

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship the Product(s) and send a shipping confirmation.

If a Product becomes unavailable after your order, we may cancel the order (or the affected item) and issue a refund.

Commissions / Custom Orders: If offered, custom work typically requires a non‑refundable deposit (e.g., 50% of the quoted price) and is final sale. Timelines are estimates only. We may decline commissions at our sole discretion.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Currency

Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

Prices exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless expressly stated. You are responsible for applicable sales tax, VAT/GST, customs duties, brokerage fees, and import taxes, which vary by destination.

We may change prices at any time prior to order acceptance. In case of pricing errors, we may cancel all or part of an order and refund amounts paid.

5) Payments & Billing

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and may use third‑party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our processors to charge the total amount (including taxes, shipping, and any other charges).

If your payment method fails or results in a chargeback, we may suspend or cancel your order and/or future purchases until resolved. You agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve payment disputes.

For high‑value orders, we may require additional identity or address verification.

6) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Processing times and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout or in your confirmation; these are estimates only.

Some shipments may require adult signature upon delivery, especially for high‑value artworks.

Risk of loss and title to Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address indicated in your order (or upon carrier confirmation of delivery, where applicable). If a package is refused or unclaimed, you may be responsible for return shipping and any additional fees.

International Shipments: You are the importer of record. Customs inspections may cause delays outside our control. Duties/taxes are your responsibility.

7) Inspection, Damage & Missing Items

Please inspect packages promptly upon delivery.

Damage / Wrong Item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@ChrisKrupp.com] with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. Keep all packaging materials. We will work with you on a repair, replacement (if available), or refund.

Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the carrier declares the shipment lost, contact us and we will investigate and assist with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8) Returns & Exchanges

Original artworks and commissions are FINAL SALE, except where defective or damaged in transit (see Section 7).

9) Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

Promotions, coupon codes, and special offers are subject to separate terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Gift cards / e‑gift cards (if offered) are not reloadable, not redeemable for cash (except as required by law), and may not be replaced if lost or stolen. No fees. No expiration where prohibited by law.

10) Intellectual Property & Use of Site Content

All content on the Site—including images of artworks, photographs, designs, text, logos, graphics, and software—are owned by Innovative Products LLC, the Artist, or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No license is granted to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Site content (including artwork images), except as needed to view the Site or place an order for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

You may not use any Product images (including prints of original artworks) to create merchandise, NFTs, or other commercial goods without our prior written permission.

11) User Content (Reviews, Submissions)

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Innovative Products LLC a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works from that User Content for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes in any media, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you own or control the rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third‑party rights or laws.

12) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to, and not to allow others to: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site; (d) scrape or harvest data from the Site; (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; (f) infringe the intellectual property rights of us, the Artist, or others.

13) Privacy & Cookies

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). The Site may use cookies and similar technologies; see the Privacy Policy for details.

14) Warranties & Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those cases, the exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted.

15) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS LLC, THE ARTIST, OUR AFFILIATES, OR OUR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability; in those cases, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

16) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Innovative Products LLC, the Artist, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
