ChrisKrupp.com — Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 25, 2025
Who we are: Innovative Products LLC ("Innovative Products," "we," "us," or "our") operates ChrisKrupp.com(the "Site") to sell original artworks by Christiane Krupp and related products and services (the "Services").
Plain‑English summary: We collect information so we can take and ship your orders, run the Site, keep it secure, and—if you allow—understand how people use it and show relevant offers. We don’t sell your personal information for money. Because we use advertising pixels, some U.S. state laws may treat certain analytics/advertising disclosures as a "sale" or "sharing"—you can opt out anytime via Your Privacy Choices and Cookie Settings.
1) Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit the Site, make a purchase, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Services. It also explains your privacy rights and how to exercise them. This Policy applies wherever we operate, subject to local laws. Additional notices for specific regions appear in Section 12.
2) Personal Information We Collect
A. Information you provide directly
· Identifiers & contact details: name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number.
· Order & payment details: items purchased, order total, currency, and limited payment information (e.g., last 4 digits, payment method type). Card numbers and full payment data are collected and processed by our payment processors; we do not store them.
· Communications & support: messages you send (including email, forms), survey responses, commission requests, and your preferences.
· User content: product reviews, photos, or other content you submit to us or the Site.
B. Information collected automatically
· Device & browsing information: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.
· Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, search terms, and interactions with the Site.
· Approximate location: derived from your IP address.
· Cookies & similar technologies: pixels, tags, and local storage used for essential functionality, analytics, preferences, and advertising. See Section 7.
C. Information from third parties
· Payment & fraud‑prevention partners (e.g., card processors) for payment authorization and fraud screening.
· Fulfillment partners & carriers for shipping, delivery status, and returns processing.
· Analytics & marketing partners (e.g., website analytics and advertising platforms) to help us understand Site performance and interest in our Products and to run ad campaigns.
· Social media if you interact with our accounts or content.
We combine information from different sources to operate the Services.
3) How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information for the following purposes and lawful bases:
· Provide the Services & fulfill contracts (contract/legal obligation): process orders, payments, shipping, returns, customer service, warranties/COAs, and account management.
· Operate, maintain & secure the Site (legitimate interests/legal obligation): debugging, log analysis, preventing fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
· Communicate with you (contract/legitimate interests/consent): order updates, responses to inquiries, service notices, and—if you opt in—marketing communications.
· Personalize & improve (legitimate interests/consent): remembering preferences, measuring performance, and improving content and user experience.
· Legal & compliance (legal obligation/legitimate interests): tax and accounting, recordkeeping, responding to lawful requests, and enforcing our Terms.
We do not use automated decision‑making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement. We may use automated tools to help flag suspected fraud.
4) How We Disclose Personal Information
We share personal information with:
· Service providers / processors: payment processing, hosting, cloud storage, logistics/shipping, email and communication tools, analytics, security/fraud prevention, and customer support. These providers may access personal information only to perform services for us under contracts with confidentiality obligations.
· Business partners: where you direct us to do so (e.g., framing partners or commission collaborators).
· Legal & compliance: regulators, law enforcement, government authorities, or other third parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.
· Business transfers: in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financing, asset sales, or similar transactions (including due diligence). We will take steps to ensure your information remains protected.
We do not sell personal information for money. Because we use advertising pixels on this Site, we may “share”identifiers and internet activity with analytics/advertising partners for cross‑context behavioral advertising as defined by some state laws. You can opt out at any time (see Section 8) and we will treat your preference as a request to opt out of “sale”/“sharing” under those laws.
5) Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or a higher age threshold where required by local law). If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
6) Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Typical retention periods include:
· Order & transaction records: up to 7 years (tax/legal).
· Customer support communications: up to 3 years after last interaction.
· Analytics records: up to 26 months (or shorter if you opt out).
We may retain data longer where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce agreements.
